How To Get Support To obtain ECRS Technical Support please call (828) 265-2907 Option 1, or log in to the online ticket system. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time. Emergency after-hours support is also available. To be considered an emergency, you must be not be able to process credit cards or 50% or more of your POS lanes must be inoperable. The fee for after-hours emergency support is $125 per hour if you have a current Catapult phone support agreement.
